Background and Experience

In his career prior to starting his own Consultancy businesses Minaal has worked with Fortune 500 and multi-national corporations at very senior positions - General Management, CEO and MD’s levels. Some of the companies where he worked are - Modi, Volvo, Lurgi, Xerox, Sterling Drugs, Morgardshammar, ANI, Citibank, ING, etc.

In 1996 with a small task force he successfully established sales & distribution of a multi national bank at its inception in Australia besides being involved in establishing numerous other large companies in India in the late 80’s.

Since 2001 Minaal has been operating his own business full time. Apart from M And M Endorsements Pty Ltd a “Management & Methods” business advisory firm he also operates Reliance Financial Group Pty Ltd & Ausstudy Consulting Pty Ltd.

In addition to his academics Minaal has a number of industry trainings & qualifications.

During this time developed markets in Asia based on Australia being the manufactured base, customising the offering for each country segment and winning the right to be the preferred supplier against entrenched competitors. In his General Manager’s role of Industrial Markets, he changed a disjointed product focused organisation into a customer centric organisation that leveraged the technology platforms of 3M to deliver cost savings to their customers. This turned around a business that had declined for ten years to achieving 3-4 times the growth of the economy and enhanced the leadership position that 3M had in that sector.
  • General Manager of Konica Photographics with an independent network of over 300 outlets, CEO of Camera House a 130 member co-operative retail chain and COO of Fluorosolar Systems Ltd a Start-up Company in the Green Energy Market.
  • Program Manager for a member driven business best practices network that operate in innovative environments that focuses on Innovation Culture, Leadership, Product and Services Commercialisation, Sustainability and Supply Chain Excellence.
